 1. Services

We provide luxury epoxy flooring services under the name Sforzando Coating & Design. Our services include consultation, design, and installation of high-end epoxy floor systems incorporating unique elements such as 24k gold inlays.

#2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Client Qualification

We reserve the right to qualify our clients based on specific criteria. Clients must complete a qualifying questionnaire, and we select our clients based on their responses.

 4. Artistic Discretion

Our work is an artistic creation. We reserve the right to exercise our artistic discretion in the design and application of our epoxy floors. While we provide clients with estimates and projected ideas of the final product, the exact design and style are subject to our artistic vision and interpretation.

5. Pricing

Our pricing is set at $125 per square foot. This price includes the cost of materials and installation. Additional charges may apply for special requests or custom designs. The specific pricing details will be discussed directly with clients and are not disclosed publicly.

6. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required upon acceptance of the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel their project within 7 days of signing the contract for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after 7 days will forfeit the deposit. No refunds are available once the installation process has begun.

8. Maintenance

We offer free annual maintenance, including buffing, for the first 5 years. Clients can opt-out of these services if they are not necessary. Spot treatments and additional maintenance services are available for an extra charge.

9. Warranties

We warrant that our epoxy flooring systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sforzando LLC dba Sforzando Coating & Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Sforzando LLC dba Sforzando Coating & Design and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

 12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms and your agreement to abide by them.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
